I chart the invisible terrain between people and the systems they navigate.

To improve the clarity with which audiences move through complex systems I develop visual design and communication stratagems.

MY PROCESS

  • define their current positionality,

  • address perceived and additional obstacles to their internally established goals

  • bridge the gaps between team conception, audience comprehension, and observable impact.

People navigate complex systems that affect their health, safety, learning, and understanding of their day to day lives. I map out where services and operations break down in execution, especially in healthcare, learning, and mission-driven organizations.

I focus on reducing process friction and abstraction to help people find their way or find their place. For clear, accessible visual systems, I work closely with clients, teams, and stakeholders and bring my observations to the fore.  My project insights lead to short and long term success, mostly because they are grounded by social insights and empirical data to make sense of the obstacles currently plaguing the process.

I shape projects at any and every stage, with care for the impact on both the audience and organizations. Good design that designs for good is not just what something looks like. It is observable +  material + ethical power for positive change.
